Since we will be in the heart of the bridal show season next month, we thought we'd give you a few helpful hints to make your show experience more enjoyable and productive.
Bring pre-printed mailing labels with all of your info printed on them.
Names, address, email, phone number, wedding date, and ceremony and reception locations. The various vendors will most likely ask for this info. Ask you to fill out a form. The labels will save you a lot of writing and time.
Bring a set of "gold star" stickers or any type of sticker that will stand out to you. "Star" the vendors you like and want to follow up with after the show. This will make sorting out all the stuff you collect at the show a lot easier and faster. Keep the info you starred and toss the rest.
Many couples that we meet at the shows will schedule a meeting with us while at the show. Have your schedule handy. Set up a calendar on your phone for your wedding appointments. Easy to do. A second (or third) calendar will be available on your phone along with your personal or work schedule. You'll be able to see everything and scheduling will be easier.
