Aside from that actual creation of your images, service is a huge part of what we offer ,our brides, grooms and portrait clients.

One of the biggest things, we guarantee all our albums and portraits for life.  If, for whatever reason, you album or portrait is damaged, if we cannot repair it, we'll replace it free of charge.  Now, hopefully, nothing ever happens to you album or portrait, however you can rest assured, we stand behind our work.

One other big part of what we do: Respond quickly to your inquires.  Most often we respond to emails with in a day if not sooner.  Most times immediately.  If I don't have an immediate answer for you, I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.  I'll never leave you hanging.

One more thought on that.  When you call or email, Lauren or I will answer the phone or email.  No one else.  When you book with us, you work with us from the very beginning.  You'll meet us at a bridal show, meet with us for your consultation, we'll photograph your wedding, design and deliver your album.  Everything start to finish.  As I like to joke, you're stuck with us.

We do not farm our work out like many other photographers.  All our design work, editing is done by either me or Lauren.  The only thing we don't do is print and bind your album.  That we just do have the ability to do.  No photographer does.
