Let me start by saying a few things.  I was taught, growing up, to do the right thing.  To do right by people.  To own up to your errors and do what you can to make it right.  When possible you help others.  To live by the "Golden Rule".  Do a good deed. To take care of the people around you.  If someone else screws up, if you have the ability to help, you make the effort.

The first conversation:  The person said to me that he wish he know about South Street a few years ago when he was married.  He told me his wedding was over two years ago and still hasn't received his album which was included in the agreement and had been paid for in advance.  He went on to tell me the situation.  I felt bad for the guy.  At this point there is nothing I can do to help.  The only thing I could suggest was to try to get a copy of the image file and a copyright release so he can get a album created elsewhere.

The other situation, her son was married a few years back.  Again, they had a difficult experience with their photographer.  As we spoke and she explain some of the details, I assured her, and I didn't know exactly how to say this, so I said, "that won't happen with me, that I'm one of the good guys."  What I mean by that is, the way I was brought up, I'll do everything in my power to make sure you have a great experience with us.

There are so many photographer out there (more every day), and I realize it's may not be easy to find your perfect photographer.  Do you research.  Check reviews, check references, although no one is going to send you to someone with which they had a bad experience.

Rest assured, we, Lauren and I, will do everything we possible can to make sure you time with us is a great experience.  I'll stake our reputation on it.  you're placing your trust in someone to capture the memories of one of the biggest days of your lives.

I know this is going to sound like me tooting my own horn, however, you can trust us to take care of you, your family and friends.  In my mind, I expect no less.
