Hi,  Now that 2014 is here.  We thought we would blog about a number of was to keep you wedding day going as smoothly as possible.

There are a lot of ways your day can go off track time wise.  Timing is one of the most difficult things to control in general.  Add all the details of a wedding day together and you may wonder where the day went when the night is over.

Relax, We have the skill and experience to help keep you on track.  Never, ever, let it be said your were late due to South Street.  We wont let you be late.  That's part of our service, to be sure you day runs smoothly.   Below are a few tips on timing that should help in your planning process.

1.  No matter how much time you think you need, pad that time.  If you think you need one hour, add 30 minutes if not more.  Trust me when I say you will find ways to use it.

2. Hair and make-up.  Start a hour earlier then you originally thought.  Someone alway take longer than you thought.  If your hair or make-up person is running late......  Figure an extra early start time just to obe safe.  You'll be less rushed, more relaxed and enjoy the day more if you're not in a panic.

3. You, the bride, MUST be the first to have your hair and make-up done.  Don't let anyone talk you out of this.  We can't do much without you. If you are done later or LAST, trust me we will start much later than we originally intended.  Then, we can't do for you everything we are capable of getting done due to lack of time.

We want you to enjoy your day, not rush through it.  If we plan properly you will enjoy your day, remember more of the day and have a wonderful experience.   That's all we want.  We'll do everything we can to help make your day everything you expect and more.

FYI:  This is us at out in the field, John & Lauren.  Creating a few images for fun.  It's not a job if you enjoy what you do.
