I've always had great pride in the quality of our work and service. Today, I'd like to tell you about South Street’s service philosophy.
Prior to my photography career, I worked in a service oriented industry. Taking care of the customer or client or guest, was THE number one priority. I’ve always believed that when you take good care of those that do business with you, they will, in turn, take good care of you, in the way of repeat business and referrals. After all, that is our goal. We want your referrals.
South Street Studio’s reputation, I feel speaks for itself. In the 16 years we have been in business, I can honestly say, we have has very few issues. Those issues were minor and resolved to the client’s satisfaction. Again, that’s our goal, your total satisfaction.
A few of our goals when working with our clients:
Deliver your previews within a week of your wedding.
I have never kept a couple waiting for their previews. As
soon as you return from you honeymoon, we’ll have your previews

ready and waiting. No waiting weeks and weeks.
Albums, once we finalize your design, we’ll deliver your album in well under 8 weeks. I’ve heard photographer brag about delivering in 4 to 6 months. Way too long in my opinion.
Portraits are also something we can deliver quickly. We work with local providers for frames and more. Our professional lab is local. These things allow us the luxury of fast delivery.
Education is another way we stay ahead. Every year we go to a week long photography school. The past two years, I have been an instructor. I teach new photographer the skills they need to create properly exposed images, lighting and camera techniques and more. We attend seminars and nation conventions. Education helps keep us on top of trends and change in the photography world.
